Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bjie ("bjie", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at bjie.net ("Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the bjie Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the bjie Platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued access to or use of the bjie Platform following any notification of changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Scope of Agreement

These Terms apply to all aspects of the bjie Platform, including but not limited to:

• Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and hockey
• Live casino games supplied by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi
• Slot and RNG games supplied by NetEnt, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Play'n GO, Red Tiger, and other certified providers
• Instant and crash games including Aviator by Spribe and similar formats
• All deposit and withdrawal transactions processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and any other payment method made available on the Platform
• Bonus programmes, promotional offers, tournaments, and loyalty schemes operated by bjie
• Customer support interactions, responsible gaming tools, and account management functions

Amendments to These Terms

bjie reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, bjie will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the bjie Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players must be 18 years or older — no exceptions are made regardless of the legal gambling age in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal recreational use and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not acting as an agent, broker, or intermediary for any other person in connection with your use of the Platform.
• You do not have a self-exclusion agreement in effect with bjie or any other gaming operator that would prohibit your participation.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of bjie, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had a bjie account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

Age Verification

bjie may at any time request that you provide documentary evidence of your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Where age verification cannot be completed to bjie's satisfaction, your account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending resolution. If it is confirmed that a player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all funds returned net of any bonuses received, and the matter reported to the appropriate authorities.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bjie services, you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and the permanent closure of all accounts identified as belonging to that individual.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• A valid email address that you own and have exclusive access to
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number
• Your date of birth
• Your residential address in Bangladesh
• Your preferred payment method details (e.g., bKash or Nagad registered mobile number)

You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information remains accurate and up to date at all times. If any of your details change, you must update them promptly via your account settings or by contacting bjie support at [email protected]. bjie accepts no liability for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bjie account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. bjie will never ask you for your password via email, telephone, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until such time as you formally notify bjie of any unauthorised access.

In the event that you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bjie support immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate protective measures can be applied. bjie recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your bjie account and change it periodically.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bjie operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to complete KYC at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when upgrading account limits, or when bjie's Trust & Safety team flags an account for review. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending resolution.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the bjie Platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bjie does not perform currency conversion and does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. By using the bjie Platform, you confirm that all funds you deposit are from a legitimate source and belong to you personally.

bjie currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit Terms

Deposits are credited to your bjie account balance in real time upon confirmation from your payment provider. The minimum single deposit is ৳500. bjie does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply transaction charges at their discretion. You are responsible for any such third-party charges. bjie accepts no responsibility for deposits that are delayed, rejected, or lost due to errors made by the depositing party, including incorrect account numbers or mobile wallet numbers.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed by bjie's payments team within the timeframes stated below, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC checks and the absence of any account flags or ongoing investigations:

• bKash and Nagad withdrawals: typically processed within 5–15 minutes during standard operating hours
• Rocket and Upay withdrawals: typically processed within 15–60 minutes
• Bank transfer withdrawals: typically processed within 1–3 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business days

bjie reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the bjie account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bjie reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on any account at its sole discretion.

Section 5

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bjie Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, game, or sport. In the event of any conflict between a sport-specific or game-specific rule and these general Terms, the sport-specific or game-specific rule shall prevail. General betting and gaming rules applicable across all bjie products are set out below.

Bet Acceptance & Void Bets

bjie reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the event to which it relates has already commenced or concluded ("late betting")
• Odds were displayed incorrectly due to a manifest error by bjie or its data providers
• The bet was placed using funds obtained through a fraudulent deposit or a payment subsequently reversed by the originating financial institution
• The bet forms part of a pattern of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion as determined by bjie's trading team
• The underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant sporting body (e.g., ICC, BCB, FIFA)

Manifest Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error (a "manifest error"), bjie reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account balance. A manifest error includes — but is not limited to — decimal odds that are more than 50% below the true market price, inverted odds (e.g., a heavy favourite listed at odds greater than an underdog), and duplicate event listings. bjie's decision regarding whether a manifest error has occurred is final.

Casino & Live Games

All casino games offered on the bjie Platform — including live dealer tables, slots, and instant games — use certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by the relevant game provider. bjie does not modify the RNG outputs of any game. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available from the game providers' published documentation. bjie accepts no responsibility for game malfunctions caused by the provider's software; in such cases, the provider's stated malfunction rules apply.

Responsible Use of the Platform

Players are expected to use the bjie Platform honestly and in good faith. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Match fixing or any form of sports integrity violation
• Sharing account credentials to allow third parties to bet on your behalf ("account sharing")

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

bjie operates a range of bonus and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladeshi calendar (including BPL betting bonuses, Eid reload offers, Pohela Boishakh cashback events, and Victory Day special tournaments). All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general Terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 18 and above only. One bonus per player, per household, and per device applies unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain at the expiry of the validity period are forfeited.
• bjie reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted an active bonus will not be disadvantaged by a mid-promotion withdrawal of that specific offer.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players, converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements, or exchanged for any other benefit.
• Where bjie determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to drain bonus funds, or exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play — bjie reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the account.

Section 7

Responsible Gaming

bjie is committed to promoting responsible gaming across Bangladesh. We recognise that, for a small percentage of players, gambling can become problematic. bjie provides a suite of responsible gaming tools available to every registered player and actively encourages their use. Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. bjie will display a notification when your limit is reached.
• Cool-Off Periods: Suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the bjie Platform for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the stated period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of time spent in the current session.

bjie's Trust & Safety team monitors account behaviour for indicators of problem gambling. Where such patterns are detected, bjie may contact the player proactively to offer support information and suggest the use of protective tools. In serious cases, bjie may impose protective limits or account suspensions without the player's prior request, in the interest of player welfare.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

bjie reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a request
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Evidence of underage gambling (player confirmed to be under 18 years of age)
• Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or collusion
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Chargebacks filed against bjie by the player's payment provider
• Any conduct that bjie reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players
• At the player's own request, including via self-exclusion

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of a bjie account, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to bjie's satisfaction with the player's KYC status and the absence of any grounds for forfeiture. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of account closure are forfeited.

Closure by the Player

You may request to close your bjie account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Please indicate in your request whether you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons (in which case self-exclusion options will be explained to you) or for other reasons. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours of receipt.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and bjie arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact bjie's support team at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter informally. bjie aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business days and to provide a substantive response within 28 days.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjie's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bjie account in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. bjie shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, even if bjie has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with bjie's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and bjie with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the same subject matter.
